You’ll report to the Finance Director and take ownership of core financial processes while supporting wider strategic decisions with sharp commercial insight.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the month-end close process and preparing accurate, timely management accounts
Maintaining robust balance sheet reconciliations and keeping financial controls watertight
Managing compliance deadlines, from VAT to audits, and working with external advisors
Overseeing cost of sales and commission accruals with a sharp eye for accuracy
Monitoring cash flow and helping shape short-term cash forecasting
Supporting budgeting cycles and contributing to key reviews like fixed costs
Documenting and improving processes to boost efficiency and reduce risk
Acting as a go-to finance partner for colleagues across the business
What You’ll Bring
2+ years in a similar finance role
Part-qualified, finalist, or QBE with a strong grasp of month-end routines
Advanced Excel skills and a head for problem-solving
A collaborative, can-do mindset and commercial awareness
Confidence engaging with non-finance teams and senior stakeholders
Experience with Xero and Salesforce is a bonus, not a must
