Do you have experience of Month and Year end Accounting? Are you looking to join a rapidly growing business?

If so, we are seeking a Finance Manager to report into the CFO, manage a small team of finance staff and run everything reporting related for the growing business.

The role will pay £60 - £70k + bonus and great benefits depending on experience and candidates must be able to get to central London - the role is 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report into Head of Finance and work with senior management team
  • Manage a small transactional finance
  • Own the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
  • Ownership of the month-end process
  • Development of all finance systems and processes
  • Be a key point of contact in the external audit process
  • Manage VAT and all tax processes
  • Work closely on the cashflow forecasting process
  • Develop Budgets whilst working closely with the various project managers
  • Manage the CIS returns process.

Key Characteristics:

  • Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant or finalist.
  • Strong experience of running month end and monthly Management Accounts.
  • Experience of year end and statutory reporting.
  • Strong systems experience - good Excel skills are required and experience using Xero is beneficial.
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
