Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting for a Financial Manager to join a forward thinking business based in Harrogate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
  • Analyse financial data and identify areas for process improvement
  • Preparation of statutory accountants
  • Work closely with external auditors and collaborate on audit documentation requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory reporting guidelines, including statutory audits

Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified Finance Manager / Financial Controller
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex financial information simply and clearly
