Radley Green is working with a rapidly growing business looking for a new Finance Manager.

The business is based in Central London and have been growing at a fantastic rate and are now looking for their new Finance Manager.

The role will report into the CFO, manage 1 person and run everything reporting related for the growing business.

The role will pay £60k-£70k + bonus and great benefits depending on experience and the CFO is looking for someone who can grow into the role and full training and development will be given.

The CFO will also train the new person on all things commercial finance once they have settled into, and proven themselves in, the Finance Manager role. There is also the opportunity for the person in this role to become Financial Controller in a relatively short period of time.

This role is 4 days in the office (5 to start with) and so only apply if this works for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Report into Finance Director and work with senior management team
• Manage 1 junior team member
• Own the preparation of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts
• Ownership of the month-end process.
• Development of all finance systems and processes
• Be a key point of contact in the external audit process.
• Manage VAT and all tax processes.
• Work closely on the cashflow forecasting process.
• Develop Budgets whilst working across the business with Heads of Departments

Key Characteristics

• Nearly or Newly Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant.
• The ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Xero experience is essential.
