An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a successful and established business based at their Head Office in Hadleigh. This is a hands-on role supporting the Finance Director across a range of responsibilities, with the opportunity to make a real impact on financial control, cost management, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and P&L management

  • Conduct overhead and property cost analysis; drive cost-saving initiatives

  • Support the year-end audit and liaise with external auditors and tax advisers

  • Oversee contract renewals (maintenance, energy, etc.)

  • Manage the accounts payable process and oversee payment runs (GBP and foreign currencies)

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and quarterly VAT returns

  • Provide support to the payroll team when required

Requirements:
  • AAT qualified (or equivalent) with 3+ years’ experience in management accounting

  • Strong Excel skills and a keen eye for detail

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Confident with driving cost controls and process improvement

  • Payroll experience would be a bonus
