Finance Manager

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a group of SME businesses who are seeking a Finance Manager to support the Finance Director and oversee the full accounting process, covering two locations in London.

Duties:

• Oversee finance operations across the businesses
• Prepare monthly management accounts for Director’s review and liaise with external accountants for adjustments etc
• Manage cashbooks
• Complete and submit VAT returns and conduct monthly postponed VAT checks.
• Manage sales ledger, credit control and purchase ledger, including invoices, credit checks, reconciliations
• Improve processes and procedures
• Oversee and negotiate contract renewals, such as office insurance and phone contracts.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Strong technical accounting skills
• Ability to process multi-currency transactions and VAT processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently

Salary + other information

• £40,000 - £45,000
• Hybrid
• Ability to attend multiple offices
