Hybrid working, 1 day on site and 4 days home working.
Working with a lovely, supportive and proactive team the role will involve supporting the Finance Manager in recording and retrieving financial details, including processing and maintaining financial records, processing payments, cash handling and data analysis.
The role:
- Create and maintain customer and supplier accounts.
- Prepare and process sales invoices using Excel
- Receipting & recording of income and preparation of Banking on a regular basis
- Process credit card transactions
- Recording income
- Liaise with Budget holders to gain authorisation to pay purchase invoices.
- Prepare Supplier payment batches and checking payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Support the Finance Manager in producing monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts.
- Assist in the external audit, providing information and access to financial information as required.
- Assist with credit control procedures.
- Assist the Finance Manager with developing financial systems and processes
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, have strong Excel skills.
