Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in London for a Finance Officer to join the team on a temporary basis. The postholder will work in the SEND Finance team and will support the Business & Finance Manager through the provision of administrative and financial services. The postholder will process invoices/payment schedules, support with admin & finance systems, manage files and communicate with customers and colleagues on outstanding payments and invoices.

Candidate Criteria

  • Experience within a Local Authority Finance setting, preferably within SEND Finance or an Educational Institution
  • Experience of Accounts Payable function with experience of SAP and Excel
  • Great communication skills with the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team
