You will be working for a school based in Sheffield as financial officer, within a small but friendly team.
Monday - Friday / 8:30 - 16:30


Your new role
As the Finance Officer, you will support with provision of financial support and information. You will ensure all financial management is sound and procedures are adhered to with relevant reports submitted to the central finance department in accordance with deadlines within the school.


Fast-paced environment, with your day to day focusing on:
Purchase ledger duties
Bank/Supplier reconciliations
Raising Purchase Orders
Processing Invoices and payment runs
Posting journals


What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, AAT qualified, or working towards
Experience of using accounts and budgetary software
Experience of using Excel/Word
Ability to form and maintain appropriate and effective relationships with other members of staff
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
