This role is ideal for someone with a passion for early childhood education and a desire to contribute to the financial operations of a premier childcare provider. • Manage and oversee the financial systems and processes within the childcare setting.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the management team to prepare budgets, track expenses, and forecast financial trends.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Maintain comprehensive financial records and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the Finance Team with ad-hoc projects and financial analysis to aid decision-making.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure financial best practices are integrated into the childcare services.

• Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in a finance role, preferably within an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to changing needs.
• Enhanced DBS check clearance is essential for this role.
