Job Opportunity: Finance & Operations Manager

Location: Aberdeen
Starting Salary: £35,000
Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 Mon - Fri

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with additional operational support to the Managing Director. This role offers excellent opportunities for career progression within the group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records and manage bookkeeping tasks
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Aspects of credit control, chasing outstanding payments
- Full control of group payments
- Assist the Managing Director with daily administrative duties
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in assistant accountant or management accountant role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, SAGE 200
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
