Finance Planning Analyst
Reed Accountancy and Finance are currently seeking a Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) to join our clients expanding team within a successful and ambitious business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, with the ability to build and maintain financial plans, monitor business performance, and produce reports for senior leadership and be able to support on an interim 6 month basis. Day to day of the Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) role:
- Building and maintaining the company’s financial plan.
- Monitoring business performance and identifying trends.
- Producing detailed reports for senior leads and board members.
- Transferring the long-term financial plan into actionable annual budgets.
- Supporting the senior and executive team with financial reporting and analysis.
Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A) role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Adept at using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
