Your new company:
You will be joining an industry-leading business, working from their finance shared service centre in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is keen to start, or progress, their career within finance.


Your new role:
Working as part of the order to cash team, this role will utilise your professional communication skills and strong numeric ability. The department is responsible for all payments coming into business. This includes billing, cash collection, and administration of the sales ledger. Your duties will include:

  • Raising accurate invoices
  • Monitoring customers in line with credit terms
  • Contact customers regarding due and overdue invoices
  • Resolving queries to ensure prompt payment
  • Allocating payments to the correct accounts
  • Reconciling customer accounts

What you'll need to succeed:

This role will be suitable for someone who is looking to start or develop their career within finance or credit control. You may already have some relevant experience working in a finance, accounts receivable or credit control role, or you may be ready to start your career, having obtained a relevant degree.
You will need professional communication skills, a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with numbers.
