Finance Support Consultant, Accountancy, Andover to £30,000 - Hybrid

This is an exciting time to join an exciting Software company, and to be part their growth journey as they increase market share of their Flagship management system. You will play a key role in their teams as a Finance Support Consultant. You will be responsible for supporting users with their suite of Educational Technology products. You will be their first line support for all queries covering their Accounting Package, Fee Billing System, and flagship products

This role is for those who are enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile in their role; possibilities for career progression and further responsibilities will be available.

Responsibilities include:

• Problem-solving and providing support to clients

• Continually developing your knowledge and understanding of our software products

• Related administrative tasks, including managing workload, logging queries, etc.

• Providing demonstrations and/or training of our software

Required skills and attributes:

• Excellent ability to deal with clients

• High level verbal and written communication skills

• Problem solving ability

• Ability to cope in a busy office environment

• Strong computer literacy

• Strong numerical and logical reasoning skills

• Solid understanding of accounting

Desirable skills and attributes:

• Experience with Sage products

• Experience in the Education Sector

This role would suit a recent graduate looking to forge a career in a finance or technology related role
