Finance Transformation Programme Manager - London - £100K + 15% bonus + benefits

Nigel Frank are working with a leading software business on their search for a Finance Transformation Programme Manager.

My client work at the cutting-edge of technology and their solutions are used by numerous businesses. They are rebuilding their transformation office bringing the resources in-house and this hire will play a key role in overseeing their upcoming finance transformation projects. You will join a strong, growing team that is involved in driving strategic initiatives, programme execution and ensuring delivery of the transformation projects. In order to be successful in this role, candidates need to have experience with the order-to-cash process (O2C) and must have delivered an end-to-end project.

This position is a hybrid role with 3 days on site required at their London office.

  • Program leadership
  • Program Governance
  • Strategic planning
  • Stakeholder management
  • Resource management
  • Experience with project tools including, financial and project management, scheduling, requirement management, and resource management.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of project tools including, financial and project management, scheduling, requirement management, and resource management
  • Experience managing transformation type programs and complex integration's
  • Implemented or worked with O2C process
  • ERP experience
  • End-to-end implementation
