Financial Accountant
Financial Accountant and Analysis | Media | London - Hybrid | £60,000 - £65,000
An International Media Group are seeking a Financial Accountant to join the team. This is a newly created role due to growth and would be ideal for someone making their first move into industry. This will be an all-encompassing Finance role, covering financial statements, analysis of performance and working closely with stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Review data to identify potential errors and offer solutions
- Provide detailed analysis on budgets
- Key contact for auditors
- Monthly consolidation of international and UK based entities
- Prepare management accountants and reports and present to stakeholders
- Assist on an ad hoc basis with acquisition accounting
- Collaborate with the systems team to assist with a new ERP implementation
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Audit experience essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate with financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and previous experience using an ERP ideal
This a fantastic first move into industry; applying pre-existing knowledge and experience, and acquiring new experiences.
