Financial Accountant - ACCA qualified

£60,000 - £70,000 per annum

THE COMPANY

International professional services firm providing legal services to global corporations and financial institutions.

THE ROLE

You will work alongside a small and dynamic team consisting of finance experts from admin to head-of level, where you will be responsible for managing the financial accounting process for a couple of regions across the UK.

You will cover and manage a diverse portfolio across:

• Cash flow
• Payment Schedules
• Accounts payable supervision
• Payment partner management
• Timely reports such as Month-End
• VAT
• Annual reports, audits and budgets
• Report and data analysis
• Ad hoc reports and requests
• Working with wider Finance team

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience working in a similar Financial Accountant position
• Due to the nature of industry, we are looking for someone from a legal/law firm background who has experience of working with stakeholders and generally understands the structure of a law firm.
• Likewise, would consider strong candidates from professional services if they have the broad experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
