Financial Accountant

Our client is looking for a Financial Accountant to join leading retail business based in London. The role will report directly into the Finance Manager and will join a high performing finance team with a hardworking, fast-paced but fun culture.

£55k-£58k + 10% bonus

The ideal candidate must be an audit qualified accountant with a background in retail/FMCG. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate currently working in practice and looking to pivot into industry. The business offers excellent training and fantastic career progression.

Responsibilities

• Preparing of month-end consolidated management accounts.
• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations.
• Business partnering with he parent holding companies on various tasks.
• Support the transactional finance team on requests.
• Ensuring tax is accounted correctly in the various different jurisdictions.
• Manage and develop assistant accountant.
• Adhoc requests and project work.
