Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Planner to join their Independent Financial Adviser company in Cardiff 

You will be joining multi-office IFA firm that is client-centric and also offers a 4 day working week. 

Salary for a Financial Planner is up to £50,000 + Annual Bonus 

The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Assessing individual clients’ financial circumstances, current provisions and future goals.
  • Analysing information and recommending fitting Financial Plans.
  • Assessing clients’ attitude to risk and capacity for loss.
  • Working with the Professional Support team to review cashflow forecasts and recommendation reports.
  • Designing financial strategies.
  • Introducing clients to the firms Financial Planning and Investment Philosophy.
  • Liaising with financial services providers to stay up to date on market trends.
  • Developing new client opportunities.
  • Meeting regulatory requirements for disclosure, cost of services provided and costs of advised products.
  • Maintaining up to date qualifications.
  • Acting with integrity, honesty, and professionalism.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in financial advice who is comfortable working independently and with colleagues. 

Must hold level 4 Diploma
