Our client, a rapidly growing financial services firm, is seeking an experienced financial adviser to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, providing expert guidance on managing their finances through strategic cashflow planning and offering ongoing, reliable support. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable products and services to achieve their financial goals. Salary package on offer for the role of Financial Advisor:

  • £45,000 - £70,000 Basic Salary
  • £100,000 OTE
  • Bonus Structure

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Office or home-based dependent on location

Requirements for this Financial Advisor role:

  • Level 4 Diploma
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills
  • The capability to explain complex information simply and clearly
  • The ability to network and establish relationships with clients
  • A target-driven mindset

Responsibilities of the Financial Advisor are:

  • Arranging client appointments
  • Managing and maintaining client relationships
  • Growing a successful client book
  • Conducting annual client reviews
  • Maintaining high professional standards
