Financial Analyst - £35,000 / £50,000 - Witney - Hybrid

An introduction to the company and role:

Wade Macdonald are currently working with a dynamic and highly commercial FP&A team seeking a Financial Analyst to join them. In this role, you will report to the Senior Finance Business Partner and play a crucial role in delivering commercial and analytical support to our business as it navigates an exciting phase of development and growth.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

  • Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Delivering robust, insightful analysis of weekly business performance

  • Providing timely ad-hoc analysis of financial and non-financial drivers

  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes

  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines with stakeholders

What experience do you need?

  • Strong Excel skills

  • At least 1 years experience in a finance analyst role

  • Experience handling financial and non-financial datasets

  • Experience using PowerBI would be an advantage

  • Strong numerical skills

  • Actively studying towards a financial qualification
