The ideal candidate for the Financial Controller position will be someone who is qualified (ACA,CIMA, ACCA), have strong people management experience and have worked in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities will include:
- The timely and accurate preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management accounts.
- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring appropriate plans are in place to meet reporting deadlines and coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Plan and execute accurate and timely preparation of the annual financial statements for the business including managing the external audit processes and engagement with external auditors.
- Lead the forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning process around income, costs, balance sheet and cash flow accounting.
- Lead on tax matters including VAT compliance and filing.
- Manage the Finance team to meet all reporting requirements.
