We are seeking a diligent and commercial minded Financial Controller to oversee our accounting and finance department in a property services industry, based in Bradford.

Client Details

Our client is a successful and acquisitive business in the property services sector. They are known for delivering high-quality services across the UK with major contracts and looking to grow further. Their expertise spans a wide range of property-related services.

Description

  • Manage all accounting operations and produce management information
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances to senior leadership within this business and group
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
  • Take an active role in process improvement and offer ideas and solutions to encourage positive change and growth
  • Monitor Cash-flow
  • Stock and cost

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

  • Qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA
  • A leader and team player - open to coaching and positive leadership
  • Able to work closely and influence key stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • A keen eye for process improvement and positive change
  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
  • A self starter
  • Not afraid to ask those difficult questions and dig deeper to find solutions

Job Offer
