Are you a Financial Controller or similar looking to make a significant impact within a thriving SME where you will have ultimate control of the companies finances, working closely with directors and have the ability to work on a hybrid basis?

On offer is the opportunity to become the group leader within the finance department for a company who boast an annual turnover of £8 million and cover all aspects of engineering within various commercial premises including Universities, Libraries, Public sector buildings and other local authorities contracts.

In this role, you will have ultimate control of the companies accounting function, including 3 direct reports. You will report directly into the MD, be part of the strategic leadership team, prepare and analyse reporting information to ensure the company remain in budget and continue to thrive.

This role would suit a Financial Controller or similar, looking to take a key leadership role within a growing SME, where you will have autonomy, responsibility for the growth of people working in your team and have the flexibility to work from home 2 days per week.

The Role:

• Ultimate Control of the companies accounting function (8.5 million turnover)
• Oversight of 3 reports (2 Finance Assistants, 1 Credit Control)
• Reporting directly into the MD
• Part of the Strategic Leadership Team
• Monday to Friday (8AM-5PM)
• Hybrid - 2 days from home

• Commutable to Dartford
