Based: Manchester centre
Salary: up to £70k dependent on experience + enhanced pension + benefits
We are exclusively working with a fantastic, growing & ambitious SME who are experiencing 20% year on year growth with aims to double turnover in the next few years. With growth plans across numerous channels both in the UK & internationally, this is a fantastic time to join them. This role will be involved with continuously improving new processes/procedures, shaping the growing finance team and leading all finance activities including month end & cash flow duties

Role:
- Monthly management accounts production and review
- Overseeing finance team, training & development of studiers
- Balance sheet reconciliations, producing budgets & forecasts
- Responsibility for P&L, cash flow, variance analysis
- Assisting wider finance team and SLT with ad-hoc projects
- KPI preparation, Assisting with the development of internal controls & procedures
- Supporting and driving continuous improvement on processes to contribute to improved efficiencies
- Providing information, guidance and insights to wider business through accurate analysis and financial reporting
- Dealing with stakeholders both finance & non-finance, delivering at board meetings
- Developing relationships with external stakeholders – auditors, banks and more
Experience:
- Commercially minded ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified Finance Manager/Financial Controller
- Strong understanding of month end process, management accounts production & cashflow
- Driven to improve business processes
- Experience working within an SME environment
- Experience on Excel & accounting systems
