Financial Controller - Solihull + Hybrid - £70,000 - £85,000

An exceptional opportunity for a hands on Financial Controller to join this highly successful organisation based in Solihull. The role will focus on managing the finance team to provide accurate and timely financial information to the board, and ensure the day to day functions of finance deliver. The ideal candidate will be Qualified and have strong Financial Controller experience within a commercial organisation.

Key areas of the role:

• Financial reporting and management
• Cashflow management and forecasting
• Support continuous improvement across finance
• Implement appropriate controls and processes and ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements
• Support the board with key financial and commercial matters
• Good people manager and excellent communication skills
• Strong Excel and system skills
• Supporting business growth including finance projects
• Managing the audit and working with year-end auditors effectively

Accountancy Qualification is essential (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) as well as strong financial accounting and system skills. The organisation has a great culture and offers an excellent working environment and career progression opportunities.
