Financial Controller | Central Nottingham | Offering up to £75,000 + Benefits

Exciting Financial Controller opportunity, in a business that has the size & scale that allows for future progression and growth but feels more like an SME. There will be plenty of autonomy & opportunities to add value.

This will be standalone role, partnering a successful senior leadership team on a growth journey after investment. You'll get the opportunity to get involved with a number of key change management projects such as integrations post acquisition, re-structuring, system upgrades & implementation and much more.

They operate a very flexible environment (hybrid and flexible hours), although based in Nottingham they are hybrid (2 days in the office). Very much an adult working environment where you'll be trusted to manage your own diary.

Plenty of opportunity to progress as well, there's a clear succession plan to UK Controller or alternatively there are routes into senior commercial finance and or pure project accounting roles.

Your Experience...

  • Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA/CIMA ideally in a group function or group of businesses 
  • Exposure to project accounting / change management programs - new systems & process’s etc
