Financial Controller

A thriving and well known business based in the Winsford area has a fantastic and exciting requirement for a Financial Controller.

Reporting to and working closely with the Finance Director (the FD role will become available and the successful applicant will naturally progress into this position during your tenure), the responsibilities will include:

• Managing the month end process and finalising the management accounts pack with full commentary and analysis.
• Developing the current finance team
• Continuous system and process improvement
• Overseeing the transactional processing
• Statutory accounts preparation and managing the year end audit
• Balance sheet management and analysis
• Cash flow forecasting
• Financial and commercial reporting
• Business Partnering the FD and MD with various projects

The Person:

• Fully Qualified Accountant or Finalist
• Strong communication skills
• Self motivated
• Ambitious
• Strong system skills/Analysis
• People person with positive attitude!
