Financial Controller

With impressive year on year growth, our client is a rapidly expanding business which currently has an opportunity for a Financial Controller to lead their growing finance department in Poole, Dorset.

What will the role involve?

• Complete oversight of the finance function for the business;
• Responsibility for providing key commercial analysis and presenting to the board to support effective strategic decision making;
• Ensuring the team consistently deliver accurate and timely management accounts;
• Annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting and strategic planning;
• Treasury management including foreign exchange;
• Continual review of processes and procedures in order to identify and make recommendations for improvements;
• Statutory reporting, payroll and pension management.

Suitable Candidate:

• CIMA, ACCA qualified;
• Commercially minded and able to see beyond the numbers when presenting to the board;
• Previous exposure to financial planning and analysis.
