Our client, a fast-paced retail company, is seeking a Financial Controller to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 3
* Partner with senior business leaders to provide financial insights and drive decision-making
* Lead commercial budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
* Develop and improve business models and financial reporting
* Create scenario models and offer clear recommendations
* Collaborate with Marketing to improve ROI reporting
* Support the development and implementation of new financial systems
* Lead the automation of regular reports and development of business intelligence tools
* Attend and contribute to key business meetings as a finance representative
* Manage costing processes and pricing for commodity fluctuations
* Develop financial acumen within the team and among non-financial colleagues
