Financial Controller

Reporting to the Finance Director of an acquisitive PE backed business, this role will offer the appointed financial controller a broad base of exposure and a perfect base to move into a future Financial Director role.

Our client is open to a first move from practice or progression from industry and there is hybrid working on offer.

You will take ownership of financial control, international accounting & reporting, statutory accounts preparation, audit support and cashflow forecasting.

The role of Financial Controller will include;

• Production of Group statutory accounts
• Audit management
• Management Reporting
• Group accounts consolidation
• Budget & Forecasting
• Support business M&A growth plans
• Developing internal controls

The post will suit a qualified or qualified by experience accountant with strong technical reporting skills who is looking to take the next career step and gain involvement in group reporting, commercial analysis and supporting on due diligence.
