As Financial Controller, you’ll take ownership of the month-end close, financial reporting, and team leadership, ensuring high-quality, accurate reporting under IFRS. You’ll lead a team across management accounting, AP, and AR, driving efficiencies, strengthening controls, and supporting commercial decision-making alongside the CFO.

What You’ll Be Doing:

? Owning the month-end & year-end close process, delivering accurate & timely reporting.
? Leading and developing a finance team, ensuring smooth operations across management accounts, AP & AR.
? Driving process improvements, enhancing efficiency and strengthening internal controls.
? Ensuring compliance with IFRS and liaising with auditors.
? Working closely with the CFO & senior leadership to support commercial strategy.

What We’re Looking For:

? A strong technical finance background with expertise in month-end close & process improvement.
? Experience managing finance teams across management accounts and transactional functions.
? Deep IFRS knowledge and a keen eye for financial reporting standards.
? Proven success in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment with multiple sites.
? Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) or qualified by experience.
? Available at short notice - we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running!
