I am working with a fantastic law firm based in Preston looking to expand their Financial Mis-selling department by adding a paralegal.
The ideal candidate will need to be proactive and committed to meeting deadlines whilst paying close attention to detail, excellent telephone, interpersonal and communication skills and a focus on exceptional client care.

The Role
  • Financial Mis-selling Claims (Plevin)
  • Reviewing evidence and files then appropriately advising the client
  • Prepare legal documents, including court pleadings, letters, and settlement
  • Work as part of a team supporting solicitors with their cases.
  • Full training can be provided for candidates without experience, however a Law Degree or equivalent is required for consideration
  • Opportunity for progression
The candidate
  • Ideally possesses experience within financial mis-selling. Otherwise, a legal qualification such as degree of equivalent and a legal background would be considered, as full training can be provided
  • Excellent Oral/Written Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving skills
  • Ability to convey information/advice that can be complex in nature
  • Ability to work in a target driven team
  • Decision Making skills
