Financial Modeller - FP&A

Working within FP&A and reporting to the Director of FP&A you will lead a small team of financial modellers and be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing the banks modelling across all areas of financial planning, forecasting, capital planning and stress testing.

• Key contributory on forward planning for capital management including stress testing and ICAAP design
• Work with C-level to support equity raise and any M&A activity
• Work with strategy, product and impairment teams to support longer term growth of the bank
• Proactively drive the utilisation of their planning tool

You will be an experienced financial modeller with knowledge of retail banking type products and IFRS9. You will have excellent stakeholder communication skills as this role interacts with C-level and ideally experience of coaching and developing staff.

This role offers hybrid working 2 days per week office and 3 home.
