Financial Planner - Employed

Reward Recruitment are currently supporting an expanding Financial Services firm, looking to open a Birmingham Office.

They are interested in hiring someone who is:

1. Able to transfer circa £10-£15 million AUM of client following in the first 12-18 months.
2. CAS status.
3. Excellent compliance record.
4. Track record of delivering and converting clients.

In return they will provide:

1. An office location suitable to your client bank.
2. Marketing support to drive and generate clients into the office.
3. Full time remote paraplanner to support. These will be based in their Head Office, but designated for said adviser.
4. Competitive salary and bonus structure based on AUM brought in.
5. Independent adviser firm with an in-house discretionary managed portfolio service.
6. Proven client generation service.
7. If you own the clients now and are looking to sell them, they will consider acquiring once transferred over.
