We are seeking a motivated Financial Administrator with 1 to 2 years of IFA administration experience who is eager to advance their career towards paraplanning. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth, including full study support and structured mentoring programs to achieve the Level 4 Diploma. Working alongside several high-billing advisers serving high-net-worth clients, this role provides exposure to technical queries and suitability letter writing. You'll be part of a supportive, sociable team that values work-life balance and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include processing new business, maintaining compliance standards, handling fund switches and valuations, managing diaries, organising client meetings, and overseeing ongoing client review processes. You will also support high-billing advisers working with high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate is a graduate with approximately 12 months of IFA administration experience or a Financial Administrator with 1 to 2 years of experience looking for new challenges.
