The Role: Seeking a meticulous and proactive Financial Planning Administrator to join a growing team. In this role, you will support the financial advisors in delivering top-notch service to the clients. Your responsibilities will include managing client records, preparing documents, handling client communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Preparing and processing financial documents.
  • Liaising with clients and providers via phone and email.
  • Assisting financial advisors with client meeting preparations.
  • Managing client review processes and follow-up actions.
  • Supporting the team with various administrative duties as required.
