My client is a Boutique forward-thinking Independent IFA Firm in London, who are looking to take on a graduate IFA Administrator/ Financial Planning Assistant who has gained 6 months experience working in Wealth Management/Financial Services and looking to carve out a career in this space.

As an Entry Level Financial Planning Assistant, you will be supporting the Advisers and Paraplanners in the Company with administration across pensions, investments, and protection.

This entry level Financial Planning Assistant role is varied, and you will be actioning fund switches, dealing with 3rd party providers, illustrations, LOA; s and valuations and preparing client meeting packs. Training will be provided alongside study support.

This is an amazing opportunity for an entry level candidate who is looking to expand on your knowledge and skills in the industry and the opportunity to work with UHNW client cases. Full study support will be provided and medium to long-term progression. You will be part of sociable, friendly, and dynamic team and happy to be on site in the office so you can learn from senior and more experienced colleagues and build internal relationships.
