My client is a boutique, forward-thinking independent IFA firm in London seeking a graduate IFA Administrator/Financial Planning Assistant with six months of experience in Wealth Management/Financial Services who is looking to carve out a career in this field. As an Entry Level Financial Planning Assistant, you will support the Advisers and Paraplanners in the company with administration tasks across pensions, investments, and protection. This role is varied and includes actioning fund switches, dealing with third-party providers, creating illustrations, handling LOAs and valuations, and preparing client meeting packs. Training and study support will be provided.

This is an amazing opportunity for an entry-level candidate looking to expand their knowledge and skills in the industry and work with UHNW client cases. You will receive full study support and have long-term progression opportunities. You will be part of a sociable, friendly, and dynamic team and will be expected to be on-site in the office to learn from senior and more experienced colleagues and build internal relationships. The company offers excellent benefits and full study support to help you grow and develop your skills, fully supporting you to achieve your career aspirations. This role would suit an entry-level IFA Administrator with six months of experience within Financial Services looking to progress.
