Financial Quality Assurance Associate - linked to Compliance FCA - Reading

I am currently supporting a wonderful company who are linked to Financial Services and are sourcing a skilled Financial Services Quality Assurance Associate CANDIDATE with a great follow up ideally within FCA & the COMPLIANCE SIDE . They are Reading based & very friendly, supportive and professional linked to the client supports.  They allow a couple of remote days.

The role is Working within a small Quality Assurance (QA) Team undertaking telephone calls/ correspondence/ task evaluations and root cause analysis reviews to ensure that accounts are managed in accordance with the companies regulatory obligations and quality standards.  The candidate will need to Accurately review and evaluating customer interactions against a set QA framework.  To be successful you will be Providing clear and precise feedback on QA evaluations, including highlighting elements requiring improvement and examples of best practice. This is linked as outlined to ideally a compliance candidate linked to FCA in Financial Services.

• Knowledge of the FCA’s concept of TCF and the ability to demonstrate an attitude which is compatible with our strong TCF culture.

In addition, Familiarity with GDPR/DPA 2018 is required, Consumer Credit Act 1974, financial crime legislation & debt recovery litigation procedures would be highly advantageous.

Requirements hugely necessary :-

• Educated to A-level standard or equivalent as a minimum.
• 2 years experience in the consumer finance sector and/or within a QA OR COMPLIANCE ROLE FINANCIAL SERVICES FCA link

GREAT OPPORTUNITY SALARY TO A MAXIMUM OF between 30k to 40K.
