The Role

12 month Fixed Term Contract.

This role will report to the Technology & Transformation Finance Lead and be a key part of the Technology & Transformation Finance team. This role will work with senior stakeholders across the Technology & Transformation leadership teams to deliver these services. There will also be close interaction with the group, procurement, accounting, HR and tax teams etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining consolidated resource plan for Technology and Transformation and providing detailed monthly headcount analysis and reconciliation.
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts throughout the year and communication with Finance Business Partners and HR for changes and insights into current headcount.
• Responsible for posting monthly accruals for resources for Technology and Transformation including intercompany recharge accrual journals across multiple countries, ensuring the accuracy of the invoices received and advising accounts payable on the coding of the invoices.
• Preparation of Global Technology Reporting and the budget/forecast preparation. Coordinating with the Finance Analyst to ensure any additional requirements are met.
• Review P&L transactions to ensure that costs are coded in line with budgets ensuring the correct allocation between recurring and non-recurring.
• Global Anaplan Transformation costs loading from submitted country templates and categorisation and reconciliation of company wide data.
• Preparation of monthly variance analysis and monthly management reporting information ensuring reporting reconciles to underlying data.
• Develop detailed inputs into the monthly cashflow, building forecasts and budgets and assisting in the review of data monthly for analysis to reporting teams.
• Support the team in implementing controls mechanism and finding continuous improvement to processes.
