Financial Reporting Manager

  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
  • Salary: Up to £70,000 Per Annum + Bonus & Benefits

We are excited to present a superb opportunity for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to lead our Finance team’s reporting function. This pivotal role involves managing a team, ensuring the production of accurate Group financial statements, and driving continuous improvement in our reporting processes.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Lead and manage a team of 7 in the Financial Reporting function.
  • Produce accurate Group financial statements and manage month-end reporting.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, Audit Committee members, and external auditors.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of statutory and month-end reporting.
  • Engage in project management to ensure efficient and effective delivery of financial objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • ACA/ACCA qualification with a strong background in group reporting under IFRS.
  • Proven track record as a lead in Financial Reporting with the ability to coach and mentor a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience within Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
