Financial Services Administrator / Wealth Management Administrator

This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a well-run wealth management firm working alongside a team of supportive and professional Financial Advisors. They have been providing financial advice to the local community for two decades, and are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator who shares their same views on offering excellent customer service and valuable and compliant wealth management advice. We are delighted to once again be working with this company who are offering this opportunity to work within their organized, professional IFA practice, and who have an excellent record as both an employer and as a provider of conscientious, ethical and holistic financial services and wealth management services. They are looking to employ a financial administrator who has previous experience of working within an IFA Practice or within the wider world of Wealth Management.

The job role offers excellent career opportunities, with long term plans to train you and educate you on your path towards becoming an IFA or a Paraplanner, providing full study support towards your diploma in financial planning.

Your role will be to handle the administration behind pensions, investments and other financial services products and services, as well as communicating with clients, preparing reports for client review meetings and other ad hoc tasks associated with the role.
