Job details:

To provide full administrative support to advisors, clients and other customers. To answer queries and complete tasks.


Day to day duties:

  • Booking appointment for clients
  • Completing pre-meeting administrative tasks and sending out welcome packs
  • Log all client calls and queries into an internal CRM system
  • Ensure protocols are followed, including FCA, GDPR
  • Inputting client data into an internal system
  • Create and send out business documents
  • Provide administrative support to the paraplanning team
  • Manage an inbox
  • Provide cover in other departments where needed


Essential skills and experience:

  • Experience working within financial services, insurance, banking, pensions or wealth management is essential
  • Excellent administration and data entry skills
  • Ability to adhere to GDPR and FCA regulations
  • Customer service skills and professionalism via phone and email
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Educated to GCSE is essential
  • Educated to A Level or Degree is preferred
