The Burford Recruitment Company are excited to be working with an independent wealth management and financial planning firm in the Cotswolds. An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Administrator to join the administration department which supports the wider business.
The role includes all aspects of administration for investments and pensions as well as supporting their teams of Advisers and other administrators.
Key responsibilities
- Completing application forms, trading unit trusts, investments shares
- Sourcing and preparing documentation.
- Submitting new business and following through to completion
- Liaising with Advisers, Clients, insurance companies
- Preparing valuations, writing letters
Skills/Experience
- Previous financial services experience (financial planning, wealth management, insurance, banking)
- Solid administration skills
- Strong communication skills in order to liaise with Advisers and Clients
- Organised, self-motivated, flexible and dedicated.
