We are a fast-growing firm with big ambitions -- we have a clear goal to become the premium adviser to the middle market, globally. This vision touches everything we do, motivating and inspiring us to become better every day. If you are looking for a firm where you can build a future and make an impact, then RSM is the place for you.

Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

At the heart of Consulting are the six solutions we offer our clients: business transformation, deal services, finance function support, risk and governance, forensic and investigation services, and restructuring. Our solutions create an enhanced tailored approach to support our clients in achieving their strategic goals and empower our people to make an impact and develop their own unique career path.

The opportunity is to help grow RSM’s Risk and Governance solution as an Associate Director in the Prudential Risk Advisory and Assurance Team which is part of the firm’s wider Consulting Service Line. The team specialises in advising clients on prudential matters across a range of financial services subsectors and supporting them to meet the technical and commercial challenges associated with a complex and dynamic regulatory environment.

You will be supported in your role by a leading training and development programme as well as on the job training and support.

Within RSM’s Consulting Service line you will also collaborate with colleagues across our broader solution set (which includes Business Transformation, Finance Function Support, Forensics and Investigations, Deal Advisory, Restructuring alongside Risk and Governance) to create innovative and practical opportunities to support our clients. In addition, you will line manage a team of staff and help to develop and grow those individuals in their careers with RSM.

The role may include travel across the region and on a national level. As you will be a part of the Management team, the role will also include coverage of meetings outside of core hours.
