Customer Care Advisor – LONDON Fine Jewellery – Central London About:
  • Leading British Jeweller ethically creating bespoke fine jewellery.
  • Based in their luxury workshop and showrooms in central London.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, timely, and personalized assistance to customers in person and via email and phone addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups, generate shipping labels, and prepare packages for dispatch, ensuring orders are shipped out promptly.
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to quality standards, and address any discrepancies or issues that arise.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude, and the ability to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in order processing, inventory management, and shipping activities, to ensure error-free execution of tasks.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, software applications, and e-commerce platforms for order processing, customer management, and inventory tracking.
Offering:
  • Salary £26,000
