The client is a renowned manufacturer in the FMCG industry, boasting a robust team of over 500 employees. Based in Leigh, they are committed to delivering high-quality products to consumers across the globe.
Description
As the Finished Goods Planner you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring target stock availability whilst maintaining optimum inventory
- Achieving target service level agreements
- Supplier management (Europe, the Far East and North America)
- Highlighting any supply challenges/opportunities to ensure appropriate and timely action is taken
- Accurately communicating demand requirements and ensuring measures are in place to support execution of the supply plan
Profile
The successful Finished Goods Planner should have:
- Proven experience in a planning role within manufacturing and ideally the FMCG industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in using supply chain management software as well as Excel.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £35,000 - £38,000 per year.
