Fire and Security Installation Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Installation Engineer. The role involves first and second fixing for a variety of systems including fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in fire and security system installations, capable of working independently to meet project requirements

Duties

  • Perform 1st and 2nd fix installations for: Fire alarm systems, CCTV systems, Access control systems, Intruder alarm systems
  • Ensure all installations are conducted efficiently and meet industry standards.

Required knowledge, skills or experience

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in fire and security system installation.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple system installations with precision.
  • While no specific qualifications are required, knowledge of ECS Fire Installer, ECS Electrician, IPAF, 17th Edition, NVQ Level, Lenel, City & Guilds, DBS checks would be advantageous

Additional Information

Location: Cramlington

Hours of work: 40 hours per week - 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Rates of pay: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
