On behalf of a building consultancy specialising in building control and planning, they are now seeking a diligent Fire Consultant to join their Fire Safety department.

The Fire Consultant

The Fire Safety Consultant is now required to ensure code compliance with current building regulations for new build properties in residential and commercial builds.

This is a remote position when not travelling to site, unless you prefer to be based at one of the UK offices.

Fire Safety Consultant Role:

  • Developing fire strategies
  • Fire Safety Inspections
  • Creating fire safety management systems in compliance and accordance with British Fire Safety Standards
  • Reviewing and implementing requirements under new building safety management bill
  • Prepare Fire Management Plans
  • Carry out Fire Risk Assessments

Fire Consultant Qualifications:

  • MIFireE minimum
  • Relevant degree in fire safety or related
  • Building Control background welcomed
